This mask is so uncomfortable, it really hurts my head and face to wear. I’ve tried the straps, loose and tight and it feels impossible to wear for more than 10 mins much less the 25 recomended. Wish I could return. On/off buttons super annoying as well, sometimes you tap a ton and nothing happens and sometimes you lately touch the area and the lights cycle. Don’t recommend, don’t but.

There was a lot of care that the engineer did when he designed this. While it's heavy on the bridge of my nose, it's not as heavy as the ceramic led masks. He was generous with the LED lights. Another mask (same price) that seller bragged that his Mask had 115 lights shared between three different colors. But this mask has easily 200 lights for each color. What a difference.The only downside is that the See through shield (where your eyes go), is blurry or tinted which makes it hard to see to work on the computer or watch tv. It can be done, but I would recommend using a dremel tool to make cutouts for the eyes would make it easier to see. But that will void the warranty. Your eyes are protected although you can feel the LED glow inside the mask. And the style of the mask is gorgeous even though not functional.My other complaint, which nobody brought up, is that it is hard to breathe in this mask because there is no ventilation which fogs up the eye shield making you see even less. The reviewers who told you that you could see perfectly probably didn't watch television. But I didn't want to trash this mask (with one star) even though it is expensive. Still this is well designed, the placement of the lights, etc. But in the end, if you can't use it anymore? (Sigh).This was the only mask that helped my skin, but the reason I returned it is because what two other reviews brought up was true. The ON-OFF Switch is on the helmet and you will have problems with it. The first day, i had to tap it twice to turn it on or off. Now after three weeks, I have to tap it about 30 times before it turns on (I'm not kidding. It keeps getting worse). Also the battery isn't lasting that long. I have had to charge it after each session so it would last long enough. I didn't have to do this in the beginning though, but just in the last two days. And that was mostly because I went three days without using it. Maybe that was my fault.For me, the game changer was the faulty ON-OFF Switch. You get this feeling of dread that shortly after the 30 day Window to return runs out, that this thing will probably not start anymore no matter how many times you tap it and your $300 will be gone!! After being stuck with other electrical products from other sellers shortly after I bought them, I'm not waiting this time for the other shoe to drop. At almost $300, it's going back now! Hopefully, the engineer will redesign this because it does work.UPDATE on March 7, 2023. ____________________________________________________After I had returned it, the Seller reached out to me to actually thank me for my Constructive Review agreeing with me that although the mask looks futuristic and artistic, it's hard to watch TV or Vacuum the house because the tint is difficult to see through. Add that your breath in the mask fogs up the eyepiece even more blurry. He also agreed about the difficulty of the ON/OFF switch and is working with the Manufacture to change the circuit board and come out with an approved version which he agreed to send me. I told him that if he did that, I would buy it again and try it for another 30 days and if everything is fixed, I will change my review. I am very amazed with the customer service that he would actually change the model to improve it and to help customers.Keep this review on your watch list since most of you know I always review a product after the one year mark. I can save you a lot of time and money, and I will tell you the truth. Just like I did in my original review. Stay tuned. It should take a few months. I have been looking for a LED light mask for some time and finally decide to purchase this one. After I have received it, I have to say it looks very solid quality. It hard USBC charging cable for charging and also comes with magnetic attach charging dock. And you can magnetically attach the neck piece for therapy. It is very convenient. I have been using for a couple weeks. I washed my face with cleanser first follow with moisturizer, and then put on the mask. After a week of use, I feel my skin became more hydrated. And my pimple marks also became lighter. The neck piece is also effective and helped to fade the wrinkles. Overall, I think this is a solid product and love it.

I love this LED face light. It is very comfortable and I saw results in 2 weeks. Also, the customer service at this company is exceptional. They are very helpful if you have any questions or issues.

Aphrona® Halo Led Light Therapy Face Photon Mask:I have an older handheld LED set (different brand) for my face, but I’m lazy and don’t use it very often. So I chose this LED Mask so I would use it. And I do. Every night, except when I’m out of town. I’m past 75 and I’ve noticed my skin has not been responding as well as it used to with monthly facials and to intermittent ultrasound treatments or radio frequency. People still think I’m in my early 60’s. But I can tell my skin has changed. It’s like one day your skin is not crepey and the next day it is total crepey. I really don’t want to do a deep chemical peel. So I’ll use these machines as frequently as possible to look healthy and happy!PRO: 1. Easy to use. At bedtime: Put on a sheet mask of your choice. Lay down and place mask on your face positioning eyes & chin guard. Push button to turn on. I don’t use head straps since I’m lying down. I make sure my neck is well supported and my chin is slightly elevated.2. I can use my usual serums or a facial sheet mask of my choice3. It takes only 30 min. Each color is important.CON: 1. I feel a little claustrophobic, it comes and goes. I feel like my heart races a bit, but my iwatch does NOT indicate an increased heart rate. I’ll check my oxygen level the next time I use it. If this decreases, I will follow up later.I play relaxing music on Alexa Amazon Music to help decrease feeling of claustrophobia.2. The button does not always respond appropriately, a little delayed, or if the mask is not completely charged, the lights don’t cycle, or they last 10 seconds thru red, then blue, then orange.3. It’s too heavy to travel with.

Well I bought this in March of 2023. I used it maybe for 3 weeks when I first got it and then fell out of using it because it takes 25 minutes. I pulled it out to start using it again this week November 20, 2024 and for the first couple days it worked fine and now today it won't stay on even though it's fully charged.
