Its basically like sea water, or if your a straight woman or gay man you'll know the taste well 🤣🤣Good product overall.

The product came in different packaging than the one in the picture which didn’t really bother me, the problem is, it’s WAY to salty!!I mean, I know electrolytes and had taken them before but this one is so salty that made me vomit after the first dose…will go in the bin if I don’t find one without salt so I can mix it with this one to ‘water’ it down…

Very good product, excellent value for money, 4 months supply at 2g per day. Contains no glucose which means you can add your own to increase absorption if you so chose.Yes its mostly sodium since sodium assists cellular hydration by maintaining the proper balance of fluid in cells and preventing dehydration and is the main element lost in sweat. Of course sodium, magnesium and other electrolytes don't taste great and being salts they are salty! but it is what it is, you can't make base elements taste like chocolate milkshake without adding a whole load of rubbish so best get used to it.

Supposed to be unflavoured but this tastes like drinking sea water, unbelievably salty. Waste of money. I understand the sodium is salty but I've used electrolytes for a long time and never had one as salty as this.

Work fine but very salty. OK they are salts so as expected but mostly sodium so takes a bit of effort to swallow. I was mostly looking for the magnesium so have found a better alternative (same brand)

I am the kind of person who doesnt drink water very often. Adding 1/2 scoop in 1litre of water in the bottle and 1/2 squeezed lemon juice, makes the water water very nice to drink. As it is unflauvered it has the natural salty taste. Very good product.

Mixes fairly well, no bad stuff like sweeteners etc. so taste not great, I drink it quickly!

If they removed the table salt, which is about 2/3 of the weight (possibly more since they don't mention the Chloride), it would be easier to add to water (I use sparkling) and be drinkable, and I could add my own sea salt (for trace minerals), or spread that salt out over the day. Now it makes the water very salt, and all for drinking table salt.I'd pay the same for much lower weight if only they got rid of the dirt cheap table salt.
