Q: I am looking to use this to give my model car a wet looking shine, I will be applying with a brush. Do you think this will work?

I use mine to seal Polymer clay and it leaves them nice and shiny. I generally dip them and rarely use a brush, although I've never noticed brush marks on other pieces. I normally put on two coats, but if you want the extra shine then do a couple more. There are other reviews of this product that mention model planes and cars and it seems to fair well. Hope that helps :-)

Q: Can this be used for glitter baubles?

I don't think there would be a problem doing that but I would suggest putting a small amount on a cotton wool ball and applying it to one bauble at first. Also, care needs to be taken if children are going to touch them and transfer the pledge to their mouths afterwards.

Q: The appear to be sending out Pledge Revive It floor gloss instead now.. is this the same product?

I am not sure of the question I bought this product from the USA because it is a clear liquid (our laws don't allow clear liquid because of the danger to children )to gloss models and was very expensive £17 the British version comes in a yellow liquid for around £2 50 and I believe both do the same job hope that is some help

I got it for felted beads and it isn't as strong as some products but does smell. It does fade. But we can't get the best one which was called Clear floor polish, available abroad I believe. My friend found a liquid for felt used by milliners that is good but I don't know the name or if it would work on hard items x
