Q: Is it suitable for vegetarian ? Alcohol free and any animal fat?

I suggest you read the list of ingredients. It contains egg and butter milk powder which presumably comes from cows milk. Of course it is alcohol free though.

This is a very sweet mix. Strong vanilla smell. We used a half mix with half normal flower, giving a OK result. It is not a neutral -- dominantly sweet, sorry.

Q: Anyone used this mixture in the silicone waffle moulds? If so did it work ok?

Not sure about silicone moulds - however needs a little encouragement to remove cooked waffles do not look before stated time to bake! We use this mix in our Breville waffle plate which is coated metal. The waffle mix is very good and so easy.

Q: What waffle maker woukd you recomend for this mox ?? Any electric deep mix one plz
