Feels like a real deterrent.
Looks and feels super secure. Use it as an additional security deterrent for my Harley Davidson and it certainly appears a daunting lock and chain. Be aware though, this is a very heavy lock but for me this is ideal and what I would expect to provide maximum protection. Highly recommended.

Very Heavy
The product looks very sturdy, not sure and have not had the security tested but looks challenging, the chain is long enough for securing through wheel to frame and post but is very weighty which is what you want, but too heavy to carry around so only useful to secure bike where the chain is stored/held (Home/Office) and not something you'd take with you on a trip out so a smaller lightweight lock will be needed on addition

Really heavy-duty chain and lock
This is a sturdy and heavy chain with a robust green protective cover. The lock appears strong and is easy to use. The chain is very heavy so it’s fine if you can put underneath a scooter seat or motorcycle topbox. Probably too heavy for a backpack. Overall a very good chain/lock that should cause scumbags a fair amount of trouble to cut through.

Heavy duty lock and chain
This is a very substantial lock and chain.The lock works smoothly and the hasp comes out completely when unlocked. The bright colour is a good visual deterrent to an opertunist .The lock is easy to attach and feels very strong. Be aware that this is a thick and really heavy chain, probably too heavy to carry around but great for home security.

Heavy and solid chain
I have yet to use this chain as I'm between bikes but, it seems of good quality and is very weighty. The lock is covered in a plastic sheath as you can see but, feels solid enough. I have not encountered any problems with the keys as mentioned in other reviews but, I have no reason to doubt that could be a problem due to the plastic cover. Just a point to note the lock does not have a sliding pin like some locks, the loop through the chain is fully removed.On the whole this looks like a good qulaity product for a very reasonable price.
