Very good pre-workout. Mixes well with a shaker and the fruit punch tastes pleasant. Has a decent amount of creatine too per serving at 3.4g and easy to add more if loading or you prefer more creatine. Well priced too and a known brand.

Definitely gives a boost if you're tired. A few sips will make you feel as fresh as a newborn.Tastes like watermelon flavoured gum, the kind you find at Asian supermarkets. Recommend you buy the fruit punch flavour or lemonade if new to artificial flavours.

Incredible taste! Was expecting a slight chemical flavour which I've experienced with other brands but NOPE. Not sure if it increased my energy level or if it was psychological but I had a great workout after taking it.

Taste is very weak, doesn’t mix well with water, as it goes lumpy. I had previously used Myprotein pre workout and that was very flavoursome but it had less caffeine and less creatin in it. Think I’ll go back to that one when this one runs out.I expected better from this brand

So I've tried a few flavours of gold standards pre workout and this is certainly in my top, parallel to having the blueberry flavour. Tastes like apple, not too sweet and doesn't leave an aftertaste. As for the energy, its certainly made a difference with my performance in the gym. I find that I can run for longer without feeling fatigued and helps to burn more calories so I can achieve my results faster. Exactly as intended.Certainly value for money if you grab this amongst others on sale, a no brainer for me.
