I have been using this product only for six days but from day one, the exhausted feeling has gone and I haven't been thinking of food constantly. It definitely had a positive effect on my constant hunger which was a bonus. I started exercising and have not been feeling achy or tired. I am so happy that I found this product while I was looking for a supplement for a friend's ADHD symptoms.The very first day, I did feel a little heady but I am extremely sensitive to any chemicals generally so I did persevere and about the third day that feeling had gone. Also, I did have a little tummy upset on the first day but that could be to do with something else as it was a very warm day, it could be food related. I have no issues now, just enjoying life more and looking forward to the mornings now.

I have been taking this product for a week now as I work on a shift pattern - alternating nights and days - greatly affect my mood, sleep pattern, and concentation. Winter season doesnt help as well as we get a lot of gloomy days. Since taking the Serotalin, i noticed some significant changes with my mood and sleep. I feel more calm, definitely had an undisturbed sleep after a night shift which was unusual as i tend to have broken sleep after doing a night shift. The pill is easy to swallow unlike many others that tend to stick in your throat and no aftertaste at all. I feel more anergized as well and was able to sustain my energy and still have the motivation to go to the gym after work instead of feeling clammy all day. Worth a try for people who need a little kick to start the day.

Idk why some say it’s like a laxative ?! But it’s not these make you really sleepy I mean like 16 hours nap is not enough. I wouldn’t recommend this I wanted to focus more I already suffer from sleeping and these made it worse…

I don't quite know if its working

I want to thank the creators of this product. I have had much turmoil over the last few years and also being a sensation seeker I was missing my dopamine hits. I have only been using this product for a week but for me, it has been life changing. I am highly focused, I am upbeat, I am proactive, productive. I feel good about life and I feel like me, the me that has been missing. I have been irritable and angry most of my adult life. Then I did some research and found this may be due to low serotonin levels. After taking these pills for a week I was a changed man. In harmony with others, life, work, happy and content. Able to concentrate and enjoy my work again. Even though these did boost my mood after the few days I’ve been taking them, they have given me the worst diarrhoea known to man - also strong waves of nausea throughout the day. Obviously stopped taking them, it’s a shame because they did work like they intended to however I think the dosage is too strong in which the side effects were even strongerAlso, the bottle was not sealed…

After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to have a go. The product arrived on time and sealed. Yesterday, I took 1 capsule, easy to swallow and taste nothing, which is good, however, after 2 hours, my knee was shaking, I became irritable, which ruined our trip because of my depressive mood.
