Great for knee injury recovery
I use this tape to wrap my knee/patella tendon whilst I'm running and recovering from a sports injury (I'm a long distance runner). The tape has great adhesiveness when wrapped and stuck to itself, although not so great when just applied in a single strip to the skin. Very easy to tear and does not require scissors which is very handy

Sticks well, tears easy, stopped my running blisters
Have used on a couple runs and a few longer walks and bike rides to stop blistering on the ball of my feet, works well and sticks well and so far no blisters or pain while I’ve used it. Has made some exercises much less painful and much more comfortable for me and for a price cheaper than anywhere else I’ve seen similar products.Tears and cuts easily, no need to use scissors unless for small strips I can’t grab and tear with my big hands. Sticks well under a sock and doesn’t move even over longer uses.

Good but not great
Firstly there was a lot of trouble with actually receiving the product. However CMS Medical managed to redeem themselves with their perserverence of making sure I finally receive the product and their helpful and prompt customer service. I can assume that it might even have been a clumsy postman that lost it. So I did not deduct stars for delivery time taking into consideration how the situation was dealt with. Now for the actual tape itself: 3 rolls is good for the price (I think) so if you go through your tape very quickly this might be an option to consider. I have used many zinc oxide tapes in the past and in comparison this would be about a 7.5/10 (in my opinion). The adhesive is good but maybe its just me that prefer a stronger adhesive - strong enough that it takes effort taking the tape off. I prefer the security and peace of mind it gives me as I do combat sports. (this is good for wrapping your feet to prevent blisters) There are ridges along the side of the tape making tearing it really easy so no need to constantly look for scissors.Overall I think this is a good tape for sports training purposes or if you go through your tape quickly and need a few more rolls.

Probably alright if strapping somewhere easily reachable, but I've been using it to strap ...
As others have said very difficult to tear.Probably alright if strapping somewhere easily reachable, but I've been using it to strap my heel and the fact it won't tear has made the task needlessly awkward and wasteful. Sticks ok though at least to start with, could be better, and I wouldn't expect it to last all day. It's fine for learning how to strap my heel as it's something I've just had to start doing recently, so having something cheap has been beneficial, but I won't be buying again most likely.

Look after them and they look after you!
Great item. Used to strap fingers and ankles during sports and they are great, but a tip is to keep them cool in storage. If they get hot the glue melts into itself and they are a nightmare to unroll! I left in the car during the summer and really struggled to unroll, but in the winter was exactly what you'd want.

Works great! Use it on my fingers for volleyball.
I needed a decent tape that could take constant wear and tear and so far it's held up really well and is all I can ask for at a competitive price. Really can't go wrong. Doesn't come in a box but it didn't both me all that much. I ended up getting 2 packs of 3.

Does the job
Used as ankle strapping, stirrup style. This is lighter weight and less sticky than the climbing finger tape I've previously used, but seems to do the job and pulls out less leg hair! It takes a bit more, but is quite a bit cheaper, so no complaints. Yet to try out for the soggiest of winter fell runs.Edit. Not so great at staying in place after a couple of hours bog-trotting. Still good value for normal use.
