I bought this item online after learning hot stone massage in Bali (the same as my training academy). I used it a couple of times, and it works perfectly, easy to use, my 18 basalt stone fit perfectly, it keeps the heat at the set temperature, no complains so far. I will write again, if there is something wrong with the product, after some months of using it. Strongly recommended

Good product but I prefer a ceramic bowl rather than a metal one as metal gets too hot and can burn your hands putting back stones.

I love this heater so much room,also comes with a large spoon for getting stones out ...easy to use comes with instuctions ,fast postage...

Easy to assemble and use. I took the advice of another reviewer and allowed for the smell for using for the first time. I am now using it regularly and very pleased with it. To avoid the clanking of the stones on the metal base, I place a flannel in the base of the bowl.

Bought as a novelty to use during the cold nights in the winter. Easy to set up and use and heats the stones pretty quickly. Be sure to to give it a heat up in a well ventilated area before use to get rid of the initial smell
