Q: What is the difference between this t50 heavy duty, t50p & the t50 pro?

Sorry I did not know there was a 150 pro I suspect that it will be using stronger staples.

Staples come in many sizes so depending on where you are running the line would for me determine the tight or slack you wish to put on the line my personal choice would be use the proper plastic coated cable clips designed for this type of cable

Q: The model we have now is T-50M. What's the difference?

I believe its just a minor change to the staples retaining rod design. I bought the T-50P as a replacement for my tired but faithful T-50M and could scarcely see a difference.
