My experience with their customer service was great. I had a battery life and connection issue. Rather than bad mouth the product I contacted customer service and received an immediate response and they sent me a new one directly from Amazon’s stock. Guess what, it works perfectly. Long battery life and instant connection to my car radio.I ordered this one because it is small and fits in the limited space available in my Miata.

Works great! Battery lasts for a long time. I keep the chord handy in my car so I can plug it in while i'm running errands/at work. There is a strange issue where the audio skips about 1 second ahead, but from what I've noticed it happens when the battery is getting low. It's easy to connect to a device, and can be connected to multiple devices at once. The phone call quality is not the best, but works great for music.

Anyone who bought Reciva internet radios is aware that they abandoned their customers when they stopped internet connectivity. Old stored internet radio stations still work as they were stored but no new/revised internet stations or services (Pandora/iHeart/Spotify) could be access even on a paid subscription basis. Basically, the internet radio because a speaker that could play USB media only. It does have a speaker / Aux jack so I bought this bluetooth receiver to allow my iphone to connect to the internet radio. This works very well, connects quckly and is easy to turn on/off. The swivelling speaker plug is a plus since my radio sits in the corner of a bathroom counter with little room behind it. Perfect way to save my old obsolete internet radio from the trash can. I now have a bluetooth speaker with good volume and easy operation. Bridges the technology 'gap' from an iphone with NO headphone output jack to a brain-dead Internet radio WITH only an aux input. Win-win.

I made my old Dre beats wireless thanks to this product. They connect effortlessly and they have no lag. Good sound quality also

Plugged it in and worked like a dream! Connecting was easy and simple, just gotta remember to push the center button for a few seconds for it to connect.

This product is amazing! I didn't think it would work in my 2008 car, but I was very glad it did. Connects right away, as soon as it's turned on. Music sounds great, no static whatever. The size is smaller than pictures shown, but this is great! Changing capability works from your phone or the buttons on it. Get it!

Gift for dad, he loves them it says it works great. Easy to use cause he is old.

good product, i didn’t realize it had to charge though which is a bit of a pain. but its pretty clear audio.
