Hello! Yes, our honey is completely raw and pure, not altered in any way. We only filter it to remove pieces from the honeycomb that may end up in the honey when we extract it.

So it has undergone some treatment then as it's cold pressed? Or is it straight from the hive into the jar?

Cold pressing is the method we use to extract it from the honey comb, basically pressing the comb to make the honey come out. This method preserves all qualities of the honey.

Hi, how come this has a expiration date?

Hello, The honey is not changing its qualities with the time. But....The product is food product and all food products should have expiration dates by the European food regulations. So that is why we put 5 years of shelf life.

Why doesnt it say raw, unfiltered etc. on the packaging?
