This product is terrible, I followed the instructions EXACTLY and still it does not mould sufficiently to the teeth. The hot water method they instruct you to use to make the tray soft just does not work! The result cannot be used as a night guard and in fact is a very dangerous chocking hazard as it does not fit correctly and falls off into the mouth! Complete waste of money

It's ok... the only thing its that you need to keep it in the hot water longer and the mold cast has some weird cuts in front and back that will make the silicon retainer have a bump in front ans back and when you sleep it will bother you

Not fitting at all ! I followed the instruction perfectly even twice ! But this is just a bulky plastic that not getting formed ! Not supporting the teeth and not fitting the tooth it falls down into The mouth instead of fitting the tooth! I asked fir return and refund

This is not a great product, I followed the instructions and even after soaking it in the hot water 5 times, it still would not mold to my mouth.

Uncomfortable and it doesn't adapt well.
