During cooking there is some sticking. Easy to clean if not too oily/ not too much frying. However harder to clean after the frying. Its very sturdy, not very heavy compared to the others and the size is actually better than expected.

Fantastic addition to my kitchen. These are heavy so glad I got the smaller one. Always easy to clean no matter how hot the cooking and caramelisation done.

I bought this to replace ageing cast iron ware that is not dishwasher safe. Three ply stainless is lighter than cast iron without being particularly light. The real point is that this product will go on as my cast iron has done, for generations.

This pan was bought alo g side a pan set. The best quality you will get. They will last a lifetime.Highly highly recommended

Bought this item to go with the rest of my pan set. Good product but expensive. Only time will tell if it was worth it.Pan is heavy but had the additional handle.

Great pan, two handles make lifting easy.First delivery had a dent but Amazon switched it for a new one (and paid the postage to pick up from home).

Only had 3 sets of pans in 40 years of marriage, my first set from a well known store only lasted 4 years, so I invested in my first cast iron set of l Le Creuset pans, they have stood the test of time and still have years left in them for someone as I donated them to our local Hospice shop as now I struggle to lift them when they are full, so there was no hesitation in the make I was to replace them all with, Le Creuset, this time the stainless steel version and a choice I will never regret

Works as good as cast iron on an induction hob but not sure if the aluminium inner core adds anything when used on induction hob. Light weight compared to cast iron. Easy to clean. Has a lot of instructions - so haven't used it quite in the same way as my cast iron.
