Q: Is this suitable for a quartz sink?

It won't attack the quartz. You can tint it to try to colour-match the sink. How convincing that will be depends on your artistic skill. When the putty is set it is quite shiny. It can probably be dulled with a suitable abrasive.

Q: Can this be used to glue missing tiles back in a swimming pool?

Do not use Milliput - far too expensive to use, and remember it has to mixed/kneaded by hand, making it laborious to use. A better solution might be to use a marine quality sealant/adhesive in a tube, which could then be applied using a sealant 'gun'. The product in question is 3M 5200 marine seslant/adhesive. Try Amazon first, but if it cannot supply the product, then contact Viking Industrial Products in Keighley, and check whether the sealant/adhesive is suitable for pool tiles.

Q: can you use it on radiators.

If this is to repair a leak I think it would be suitable. It sets hard and is waterproof so why not give it a go.

Hmmmmm, this is rock hard when set - green stuff seems to be softer - well to me anyway - i think this is cheaper than the green stuff - BUT you could try a pack of standard, milliput outsells green stuff 1000:1 if that helps you decide
