While this does not have gluten grains in it, if you are highly sensitive to gluten, this is not for you, as it is not processed in 'clean' facilities and can therefore have some contamination. I cannot tolerate it because of this, but others can, who are less sensitive.

Floor malting of sorghum and millet is a traditional craft that has been carried out throughout Africa for hundreds of years. The modern factory manufacture of barley malt and sorghum malt is in principle identical to traditional malting.
