Compared to softer foam rollers I have previously used, this one really gets into the knots in my legs to help work them loose. Painful to begin with, but with repeated use you will see the benefit.

Quite effective for tight muscles but be prepared for some discomfort on initial use.

I have a number of KG Physio products in my home gym and they are all excellent quality. This foam roller is no different.The difficulty in buying fitness products is finding the balance between a poor quality knock off product and an expensive branded one with a price you cannot really justify - and this is where KG Physio excel.The roaller is the same quality as those professional grade ones you find in your local gym and in fact where I sometimes train they have asked me about the KG Physio bands etc. and are looking to change to them due to competitive price and excellent quality.As rollers go, this one performs excellently alongside my other "smooth" roller and hockey ball. There are 3 athletes in the house and all 3 use this roller regularly and it is showing no signs of wear.Make sure you familiarise yourself with foam rolling techniques before using as improper use could cause or worsen injuries etc.This product was purchased for my personal use and not discounted as part of a review.

I was looking for a foam roller to help relieve back pain and force me to stretch more at home when I come back from the gym. This one is perfect - sturdy, good dimensions, light, easy to pack away and easy to use. You can easily find videos online on how to best use a foam roller, and I can feel the benefits every time I use it, I recover more quickly and muscles are less sore. Very happy with my purchase, really no need to pay more for this type of items!

This foam roller is rock solid. Quite painful to use however I did notice an improvement in my back after a couple of uses
