TAYLOR MCLURE BIO-K20 (Pet Urine Odour Remover) 1 Litre

This product is brilliant ! I have three cats and one of them recently used a corner of a new carpet for her toilet. Nothing that I tried would remove the horrible pungent smell- - expensive solution from Pets at Home, Rug Doctor cat and dog carpet shampoo, vinegar and bicarbonate of soda - absolutely no use.I used Bio- K20 twice, liberally, on the area ( about 40x20cm) and it has worked beautifully. As the instructions say, the smell does get stronger for a day and then dies down. I no longer have to use a plug in air freshener or keep the window open. Compared with what I have spent already this product is well worth the money. I used only a small amount from a litre bottle. The delivery was super quick, next day.

Our rescue dog started suddenly peeing at night on carpet. Used usual cleaning products but was concerned that the smell would remain. K20 is amazing, easy to use & removes any scent. Our dog still has problems, but we have covered the carpet whilst we resolve, however the room does not smell & there is no stain.

Fantastic. Nothing to dislike about such a product because it works. Simply take their instructions seriously. Expensive but I think that it is most likely justified.

Paid 50quid for a 1l bottle my carpet stinks thought might be a 1 off thing now used 3 times and stinks worse I would buy xtreme clean got rid of smell and only paid 16quid for 5l daylight robbery

This was a repeat purchase of BIO-K20. I have an elderly dog who sometimes has 'accidents' on the carpet. After one treatment the smell has gone completely and the stains are much improved and if I treat again, I'm confident that will solve the problem. BIO-K20 is not inexpensive but it does work and I wouldn't use anything else.

After reading glowing reviews about this product I decided to purchase it to treat a rug that my cat urinated on. However despite treating the rug three times (the instructions say once is normally enough), and saturating the material front to back and allowing to dry naturally each time, I could still smell urine over the strong perfume scent left by the product. I followed the instructions very carefully, and contacted the manufacturer/seller prior to the third application in case they had any advice or in case I had a faulty batch, but they didn't even bother to respond. Needless to say the cat went straight back and fouled the rug as soon as I put it out. A complete waste of time and money in my experience.
