Fans will always make noise.
On one of my old fans and took the fan apart. The design is identical to the original. Well taking fan apart it has a rubbery pad by the magnetic part that spins the fan and when the fan turns and wobbles, which rubs the rubber and makes the noise. I haven't tried trimming rubber piece or anything because water cooling really soon.

Unusable
The media could not be loaded. These fans are basically identical to the OEM MSI fans. Stickers, textures, everything. Unfortunately, that means they're low quality like the factory ones.As you can see in the video, the center fan has a large amount of axial wobble. The fan blades hit the plastic shroud when it's installed. Coincidentally, the center fan the GPU came with developed a bad bearing, prompting the replacement.

Legit 3x OEM replacement fans.
I was a bit worried because the price was so low but these are the OEM fans for the MSI RTX 3060ti Trio Gaming Z. Model numbers on the back of the fans matched the original ones.Worked fine with ZERO issues, Would recommend it.
