This is a wonderful blend of probiotics and digestive enzymes that I anticipated would work excellently for me but it hasn't. I've been really disappointed that despite my expectations it really hasn't had much beneficial effect.I know we are all so individual and what are digestive systems are experiencing and what they need can really vary so I think its still worth trying if you haven't tried enzymes and probiotics yet. I had already taken a lot of probiotics and that may be why this isn't as effective as I had expected. It also contains fewer digestive enzymes than the previous digestive formula I was using so it may just not be as exhaustive as what my body is accustomed to at this point.It still appears to be a good formula but I'm going to return to some probiotics and a more comprehensive digestive formula that seem to work better for me.
