Q: does the remote control oscillation?

Yes. It also has a sleep setting and multiple other settings— all in a tiny remote. Great product.

Q: How do I keep the display on all the time? It keeps going off. I want it to stay on

Make sure that the display on/off toggle is enabled in the Dreo app. That should fix your problem and the display will stay illuminated.

Q: Why does it say 120V in product info ?

That may me incorrect, it may work on 120v, but it works just fine on 240v.
