Are these plastic or a sticker? Would i be able to wrap it around my fork leg?

They are plastic with magnets at the back on the top and the bottom. I doubt they’d wrap round your fork they probably would stay on. You’d be better with stickers on a fork ay it

Can I stick these to a motorbike jacket

personally i would say no as the adhesive would be able to breath through the jacket and dry up over time
