There are 20 unique Minifigures to collect in the series, which is why LEGO has printed a picture of several of the possibilities on each package. Also consider the price. On Amazon, one Lego Minifigure can range in average price, roughly between $5 - $15. A complete set of 20 would range between $75 - $115. It surprises me when a buyer purchases one package for $6 and is upset or surprised that there is only one character. It must be viewed in context. Happy shopping. :)
