I was lucky to be given a King sized mattress when a friend of mine relocated and was waiting for their belongings to arrive. They bought a bed and a week later everything arrived. Instead of returning they passed it on. I'm forever thankful. But then came the unexpected need for larger bedding and such that I did not have. King sheets, comforter, bed frame...etc It all started to add up but still grateful! I bought s different brand of mattress cover and hated it so it promptly went back and I was leary to try others. Until my eldest cat started using the restroom in random places. I realized quickly that if I didn't find protection for my mattress I might very well be without a bed. So I ordered this one after reading several reviews and I am so glad that I did!One of the parts of my mattress that I liked is that it's cooling and this doesn't block that feeling. This protector is soft and fits perfectly. It doesn't slide and no sides come undone. It's really been a great addition to my bed and doesn't sound like I'm laying on noisy diapers. It's so comfy and soft and may as well feel like I'm laying on my mattress. I haven't had any issues with my cat or any spills so far and hope to keep it that way. It was worth the investment to protect my sleeping space. I would highly recommend and would buy again if I had other beds to protect.

This is a very good waterproof mattress pad. I have an old lady dog who is blind. Once in a great while she accidentally peed on the bed. I bought a brand new mattress and no way was I taking a chance. About a month later there was the yellow spot. Took off the mattress pad and there was a perfectly clean and white mattress. Not a spot on it. It washed up nicely and I’m buying another one for the other bedroom. It’s worth the extra 4-5$ compared to the cheapest one I saw. Oh, and it has good size edges that easily went around 14 inch mattress height without coming out. You won’t be disappointed

The dog peed on the bed again. Although there were several circles of pee that soaked through to the cover, once again, the mattress was unscathed and the cover washed and dried easily. This is the third time this incident has occurred, and the protector is still working like it should. Nice.It feels soft. It's not plastic-y at all (although underneath had some sort of coating). It doesn't make any noise. The texture doesn't bother me.I know there are some mixed reviews on the ability of the protector to protect against pee. However, for me, it's been working like a dream. The version of this product that I have is the pattern with alternating lines that are vertical and horizontal. I don't know if it makes a difference, but I'm throwing it out there in case it does.Would recommend. Would buy again.

Nice quality, easy fit for good protection

ARE YOU QUESTIONING WHETHER THIS MATTRESS PROTECTOR IS WORTH IT?! Whether you can trust this mattress protector in the hands of a human tsunami of a husband, or a child who likes to occasionally embody the spirit of a rain god? Or better yet, is your girlfriend a part-time water nymph? Well look no further, and stop your scrolling! This mattress protector is waterproof! Well kind of... kind of in the way that matters, okay...?If you spill an entire bottle of water on top of this mattress protector, yes, do wear your swimming trunks... it WILL GET WET. HOWEVER, it won't get wet where it matters, or should I say, it will only get wet where it matters? (there's probably an innuendo in there...but I'm too lazy to pull it out). ANYWAYS, if you do happen to accidentally spill something on it, no worries this mattress protector will sustain most of the damage, and your mattress will stay dry. YAY! Now in all honestly, I can't speak on behalf of how it handles stains, I have yet to enthusiastically drop a full glass of wine in order to test it's integrity. But I can speak on behave of H2O and other clear liquids which I have tested. In short, yes all you have to do is grab a nearby towel or napkin and clean up the mess, and let it dry. Or if worse comes to worse, wash it and set it to dry. And even if it gets super wet, if you take off the cover you'll be pleasantly surprise to find it's still very much dry (at least from my experience).As for the fabric itself, it's very soft and cozy, and definitely feels high quality, and not cheap at all. I'm not sure if I would describe it as "cool" as a midnight breeze, or the same coolness you would feel from silk sheets, but for the most part it doesn't seem to run hot and does stay "cool." I would describe it as breathable and "airy" (if that makes any sense). Although, I will say that if you have bed-sheets that tend to stick or leave lint behind, then it does tend to stick to this mattress protector. Other than that, all's good! If you're worried about it not fitting 12 inch mattress, no worry it fits mine just fine, and might even fit a bigger mattress. Take in mind this isn't that type of mattress protector that you zip up, but rather the open pocket type that you just stretch it over the mattress.

Wonderful mattress, protector, fit perfectly, and looks nice as well. My only negative about this mattress protector is the cooling factor. It is supposed to be a cooling mattress protector but does not quite work the way it should. Still a great mattress, protector, if you’re looking for a great value for the money, unfortunately, just does not have the cooling effect we had hoped for.

Mattress Protector fit our air mattress perfectly. Padding softens sheets and grandchild had a nighttime accident and waterproofing protected the air mattress. Washed up well with no issues. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Mattress protector works well, great price for good quality item. Doesn’t gap or fit loosely or cause ripples and discomfort under sheets.
