This is a great hotspot at a very good price point. Its easy to setup, just pop in your T-Mobile Sim card and your good to go. I had it working on T-Mobile prepaid with no issues!

I tried this with two SIM cards. A KiwiSIM card that I got on Amazon and a T-Mobile SIM card that I got on Amazon. It did not work with the KiwiSIM card. It does work with the T-Mobile SIM card. I had to call T-Mobile to activate it.

It didnt come with a manual my sim card is conectected with tmobile and the device says is disconected i contacted support to tmobile they said they cant help me because the device its under someone else name smh i want a refund asap

It did not come with the Sim card. Don't waste your money.
