Works great however I have been unable to program the unit for optimum performance. product support has been almost nonexistent

Just completed a 72v 40ah pack and properly installing bms by testing each string with a multimeter (professional pack builder 15yrs) It was fine for first ride but half way through the 2nd the bike kept cutting out. Checking Bluetooth i find it no longer registers strings 1-14 and has 6 error messages including collection chip err. This is DOA and is my 3rd daly from Amazon to internally fail due to factory quality.Edit: Daly has reached out and issued a full refund for the defective bms. Still 3 stars for the inconvienence and dead boards.

You’re plenty of different brands of BMS out there to purchase I bought this one for my 72 V E bike it worked for all of a week I wasn’t getting a decent charge on my battery and I was told to hook it up to my computer and program it properly and I had somebody program it properly set it to all the settings that I needed it set up And I will get a ballet 2 mile bike ride my bike with shut off. I pulled this BMS out of my bike, put the stock BMS that came with the battery back in it and could get up to 15 miles does a 20 mile bike ride out of it so yes, buying a external DMS and programming yourself might be a great way to go, but there is more options out there .

Bought it to replace Chineese BMS that have no blue tooth communication. Got a lot of trouble to communicate with this Daly BMS initially until I found you need to activate High accuracy location to get it working.... While it's only blue tooth it's needed and only device GPS is needed for all others apps??? Ok, now after only 1 years, got the trouble this Daly BMS slowly continuously discharge my 84 volts battery pack while it's in storage. I mean, now in 3 months it's already discharged. Getting worst, now the Daly BMS don't allow even to charge the battery pack, connected to it to found it see the Daly BMS see too it's only 70 volts now (Of my 84 volts battery pack) but in the same time say it's full at 99.6%, the why it reject recharging. What happened ??? And now cell application crash each time I try to get the setting to see voltage of each row... little bit later, getting worst, now I can't connect anymore to this Daly BMS with the same phone and setting I was able to communicate with it for one year... Now I rate it 1 star on 5 and look like I will need to buy a better brand BMS compared to this look like not reliable Daly BMS...Update, now I got the BMS working again. But I needed to remove the original Daly Application (I had the 2.6.9 version) then install the 3.x version, after got able to communicated again with it and got able to see my cell voltage but still the trouble it rejecting charging because saying it's already full when it is discharged. I removed the 99.6% with a set to like 70%, then got able to charge it again... Not normal. 2 stars now. Will see if it will be more reliable while still in storage.

The price is awesome and the build quality is really great. My only complaint is that the software is a bit clunky. The app still works fine but it’s not very polished.

I got this for a golf cart build, didn't last 6 months before going bad. Only reads one of the main boards like the first one I got from Daly and had to return. Worst part is, it had only sat for a week to have the BMS crap out.
