Started using KT tape to bind for social events where wearing a binder wouldn’t have been an option [swimming, and long hours at night] and honestly it holds well and if done right has decent binding capabilities. Only issue is I’m slightly allergic to the adhesive and I come out in rashes after using it lol.

Really good product; gives a good support for feet.

I buy this on repeat. Good secure tape. Pre-cut is the way forward.
