Quality product, definitely worth the price. I will be ordering more for my groomsmen.

Frustrating - but that might be just me
I can’t blame the vendor for this, but I can’t seem to tie a bow tie to save my life. I’ve watched YouTu b be videos, I’ve solicited my wife’s help, but so far no luck. I’m sure part – and perhaps all - of the problem is I have an 18.5 inch neck, and the tie only expands to 18”, so it’s snugger than it might otherwise be.As to the tie and cummerbund, they are well made and made of decent material.

When you need it here they are...
On those rare occasions when it even is formal black tie this set with do the trick with your tuxedo and formal shirt. I just needed the Cummerbund as I already had the pre-tied tie but I thought I would learn the "old" way with me tying the bow tie. A guy in his seventies should be able to tie a bow tie and at least be able to show the younger generation how it's done. After many YouTube videos I because an expert at tying the bow tie. I even did it for a 20 something at the wedding I went to. Never to late to learn a new task. Both the Tie and the Cummerbund are fully adjustable for varying neck and belly sizes. These two items were the icing on the cake with my Tuxedo.

Looks good, seems good quality
I needed a new black cummerbund for my tux, and this one looked good, so I ordered it. It didn't disappoint me--the manufacturer's description says it's 100% silk, and (although I'm no expert) it has a nice feel, so I expect that claim is correct. In the website photos, the black hardware on the cummerbund strap looked like plastic--but I was pleased to find that it was actually black-colored metal. Everything fits properly and looks classy. As the description says, the bow tie is of the "self-tie" variety. But don't worry--even if you've never tied a bow tie before, it isn't hard to learn. Just don't wait until you're dressing for your formal evening (or wedding?) to teach yourself the art. You're much better off doing it a few days in advance!

Beautiful, Amazing
Beautiful product. Easy to tie and looks great. Description does not indicate that this is S.H. Churchill & Co. who are an established quality men's accessory manufacturer. When ordering, the expectation was that it would be a generic bow tie set. So, at unboxing I was very surprised to see the brand name.

Not silk, cheap polyester
Description is entirely wrong. It is not silk like it claims to be, it is a cheap polyester material. Will be returning. Do not buy if you need silk.

The Cummerbund is too narrow
I tend to look at the bright side in all things. So I will start with that. The self tie bowtie is a fine quality small bow tie and the material on the cummerbund is good. Unfortunately, for many formal shirts with pleats or ruffles it is too narrow is the pleats or ruffles do not go down all the way. Considering the quality I feel this is unfortunate. If you are buying this as a one off for a prom or something of that nature, keep that in mind and make sure the shirt you purchase either has no pleats or goes all the way down.
