I submitted my samples two months ago and I have not heard back from this company. The envelope given to mail back samples are a joke, flimsy and not anyway capable for you to return tubes without the letter envelope breaking open. I put my sample in a package envelope and paid 15 dollars UPS to ensure they would make it to the company. They have not returned results and it's been two months.

This cortisol test was excellent. Results came back quickly, customer service was great, steps were well-explained, and I appreciated the doctor's call to discuss the results. Overall, it was an easy and reasonable test to do. Highly recommended.

This test was definitely worth the money. As much as we think we know about what’s going on in our bodies science doesn’t always prove that to be true. The information has been invaluable. The results did take longer than I would have liked but their customer service responded right away with up dates.
