BUY THIS IF YOU GET INTO ANY POISON!
I am 34 years old I have never had an allergy to poison oak, ivy and I didn't know about sumac until I got it. I was recommended this product from an ER doctor and it's so worth the money it's instant relief and lasted all night throughout my shift at work. I started this before a RX of Prednisone and the pictures are in order of Before and after a couple of applications. I'm also using Marie's Poison oak and Ivy soap as well but I must say this Zanfel product has been the best relief for the itching and drying it up. I have still had some spreading of the rash which I just do a reapplication of this product but I honestly believe it would have been a lot worse if I wouldn't have started using this right away. The rash from poison Ivy or sumac can last 4 to 8 weeks hopefully with this product as well as the others I am using it will shorten that time frame. Also follow the directions completely or you will notice it doesn't work as well.

This stuff is the best I ever tried
I have been getting poison ivy almost as long as I have been alive 50+ years and this stuff works better than anything out there and I have tried about everything. Just follow the instructions and it works. I will alway keep some on hand.

This really works
Poison ivy can be growing in places around your landscaping that you don't notice until you're into it. If you work in the yard you should keep this in your medicine cabinet because it really works - and I react very badly to poison ivy and have proved it! A little pricey but if it saves a trip to the doctor, or alleviates some misery, well worth it.

THIS STUFF WORKS
I don't know why I have never heard of this; even my doctor had not. I have had poison ivy several times and have suffered. If you follow the directions, it stops the itch and you will sigh a breath of relief. However, if you have let the rash go for too long or scratched it bloody, as I did, the itch keeps coming back. The instructions will tell you that it may have become systematic (in the blood stream) and at that point you need to see your doctor. I had to see my doctor but I promise you the next time I am exposed I will definitely use this stuff before letting it go too far. I just don't know why nobody told me until now.

This works, but overpriced compared to other alternatives that work as well.
I built several fences this past summer and was constantly getting into poison ivy- very severe cases on my forearms that caused unbearable itching for a couple of weeks. I purchased this product and noticed a difference immediately after washing with it, and for more severe cases used this 2 or 3 times after which the poison ivy quickly disappeared. As I was so miserable, I tried many different options, and found that there are two general categories: 1) Washes which remove the poison (urushiol) by breaking the bond with the skin and 2) sprays and creams that simply treat the symptoms. Note that many companies specializing in poison ivy treatment products offer both types of products, and in my experience the washes (the ones that really work) remove the poison and result in much faster recovery than the creams and sprays that simply treat the symptoms. That said, this product absolutely works but if you do your research you'll find other washes/soaps that are equally as effective for 1/3 of the price. Also, the labeling on the product states that you must use 1-1/2 inches each time or "Product will not work if less than 1 and 1/2 inches is used" and you can verify that by reviewing the photos of the packing posted here on Amazon. That claim is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS- we are not mixing epoxies or baking a cake here; you do need enough to scrub the affected area but the statement that 1-1/2" must be used seems to be a tactic that causes you to use more product than perhaps needed. For large areas, you might need more but for smaller areas you might need less- I used what seemed to be the appropriate amount and it always worked. In summary, this product works well but is far more expensive than other soaps/washes that are equally as effective (which seems to be anything containing sodium lauryl), and when in complete misery from poison ivy price is likely not as important as fast relief (which this provides). It works, though there are less expensive washes/soaps that are also effective.

Get this!
Found this product after very severe poison ivy reaction. Both forearms completely blistered, and I was worried it was systemic because blister patches started appearing elsewhere. I didn’t get the Zanfel until day five, but after applying it, felt immediate relief, and you can see the difference, skin looks and feels less irritated. Ended up having to get steroids to treat the poison ivy, because I waited so long to treat it, but kept applying Zanfel.

great poison cleaner
This was recommended by my sister. This really cleans of poison ivy and poison oak. Other removers don't get off poison.

Not as Advertised
This product is shown as two (2) tubes of cream, but came as only one. Also, the timeframe said usually ships in 3-4 days, but took 18 days.
