Item arrived quickly and works well. I stupidly damaged one of the keys on the keyboard while fitting it to my T460 (its a tight fit) and they sent me a replacement key top free of charge.Excellent seller and service.

Arrived early and works flawlessly I damaged the keys on my works T440 Lenovo thinkpad and with working from home it was difficult arranging a replacement. Saw a YouTube video and decided to try it myself. Super easy to change over and the keyboard works perfectly. You would never know the keypad was replaced it is identical build quality. Highly recommend.

Not a good product just wasted my money

Had to lift the Fn key for fitting and the plastic fitting has loosened up easily.

Well packaged, tightly secure in cardboard and cling-wrap. However, upon fitting it in my laptop, the some keys just didn't work at all. I thought I had seated the cables wrong, but still had issues after reseating which defeats the whole point of why I bought this. Waste of money.

Poorly engineered: the pointer head interferes with the surrounding keys. The nub is too big.Extremely weak and flimsy: the backplate is aluminium, not steel, and the plastic is soft and chewy, not stiff and rigid like the original.Pricey for the quality: the princely sum of over £40 doesn't buy you anything above the usual Chinese clone.

You are using a second-quality surfacing on the keyboard keys - this means the letters will wear out much more quickly. So of course I am disappointed - I don't like the idea of using sub-standard equipment. The present keyboard which I am replacing due to logic problems, has ideal surfacing., and has worked for 3 years used daily. If you like i will send you a message when the "a" and the "s" keys start wearing out on the keyboard you have sold me.,Unfortunately I am in need of a functioning keyboard these months and no time to return this one to you.

I order this Portuguese keyboard because I buy a Lenovo T440P in Germany, that comes with German layout keyboard, very different from Portuguese. Received it today and looks like new, for less than half of the price that this keyboard costs in Lenovo shop. Really easy to replace it. Can't be more happy !
