It's got pumice in it and it's a great hand cleaner. Been using it for years.Container and top are sturdy, and I've had no trouble with leakage or breakageHas no adverse smell that I'm aware of.

I've used the normal Fast Orange for a while, but the Xtreme definitely works better. It's astounding the amount of grease and oil this can absorb in one wash, especially if you lather it on before wetting your hands. In addition, I have a pretty bad allergy to poison oak and ivy, and I use this to strip off the urushiol oils from my skin whenever I get unlucky. It works way better than Tecnu in my experience. Even though it doesn't always get all of the urushiol off, it gets a majority of it, and honestly has changed my life since I'm in the woods a lot. Even after a rash has formed, it can reduce the severity after one or two good scrubbings. Not to mention the moisturizer leaves my skin feeling pretty smooth afterwards. I highly recommend this to anyone who works a lot with their hands or has a poison oak/ivy allergy

Cleans beautifully after wrenching with the greasiest, oiliest hands. Best product at the best price on the market. A pump or two and rub thoroughly before rinsing with water leaves hands clean with (almost) no gas and oil smell. Great stuff.

A wonder orange scent with pumice that gets hands thoroughly clean. It doesn't take much to work and the pump dispenser is very effective. All this at a reasonable price. The acid test: I will definitely buy again.

This stuff is pretty good, but I think the plain version is probably going to be better for most people most of the time. It seems that the “Xtreme” refers to the inclusion of a little bit (maybe 5%) of “petroleum distillates” which is probably mineral spirits, kerosene, or something with a similar carbon chain length.This makes it more suitable for dissolving tar/asphalt type stuff or gasket sealer. But most people most of the time aren’t getting anything that nasty on their hands, so this is overkill for most situations.The only time I got anything on my hands that I think this did a better job of removing is when the kids made a mess of one of those jar candles and I got some of that soft sticky type candle wax on my hands. It did seem to do a better job on that, but the other 95% of cases where I need this kind of cleaner it just dries out my hands a little more than the normal stuff.Basically I’d recommend only buying a small amount of this and a large amount of the normal stuff unless you’re a professional engine gasket seal installer or out paving the road with asphalt.Even with the normal formula I’d say wash your hands with normal soap afterward and use hand lotion, but with this it’s even more important to use some lotion.I mean they try to do what they can to make it easy on your hands, but the fact is that you can’t make oil-remover without making oil remover. It’s going to remove some skin oil too.

This cleaner works wonderful for removing chemicals, oils, and even grease from working on engines and vehicles.It has a mild scent and isn't too rough, can be rinsed off easy, if wiped off it doesn't dry the hands out or leave a residue, even after using multiple times a day.This is a good size for keeping on hand for if needed on the road, and doesn't leak out, not even if left sideways or upside down.Don't think it'd stain anything, but if you're using it, probably not on mind anysway.
