Solid product, great customer service!
Some of the reviews stated that the wheels weren’t great. I haven’t found d the wheels to be a problem moving in wood floors, but one leg felt a little wobbly. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a set of 4 new legs and wheels! Very easy to communicate with.

Se arma fácil, las plataformas son de plástico, así que en mi caso debo dejarle varios juguetes a mi chinchilla para que no empiece a roerlas, fuera de eso se limpia fácil y el material es muy bueno!

Amazing cage but need some simple modifications.
This cage is fantastic for its price. Its quality is excellent, and the included platforms are practical. Despite the absence of assembly instructions, putting it together is quite straightforward and intuitive. The main drawback is that the wheel structure isn't very robust. Yet, with the help of a suggestion to use thread tape for reinforcement, the wheels are now exceptionally sturdy and long-lasting. In conclusion, I highly endorse this cage for fellow pet owners.
