I’m 5’7 and 192 pounds….i usually wear a large so I ordered a x-large as other comments said to order a size up….still very snug but it has a lil pull stretch …so all in all due to the hooks ….its safe to order 1 to 2 sizes up

Amazing fit. Size and length is perfect. Great price and the material isnt bad quality. I have a bad habit of pushing out my stomach when I'm tightening my core so this definitely helps. Its not uncomfortable either. 3 different hooks so when i start to slim down I can continue using it. Be sure when you are choosing your size you stay within the range or go higher in size. Im 38" at the waist so I choose XL (37-39) and its perfectIve purchased others before that would be too short so it would push down my muffin top or rolled easily and this one does nothing of the sort. I like using this to work out and I think I sweat more because of it. I started off with the first set of hooks and it was painful at first. But I think I got used to it. Now I use the third set (the tightest) and it feels good once you get used to it. I can't really tell if this has any impact on my waist in general but I wake up in the morning feeling snatched (I sleep in it sometimes.) But this doesn't just help with your waist. This helps you sit up straighter and really improved my posture! Just remember if you want to use this for shaping your body, this ONLY won't help. You need to pair this with working out and/or calorie deficit. This alone won't give you results.

I bought this girde because I was looking for something comfortable to wear every day and that would help me shape my figure.The packaging arrived in perfect condition. The girdle is made of a soft and resistant material, and the details (seams, closures) are well made. The girdle feels comfortable and fits well at the waist. However, it took me a while to fasten it at first, but once put it on, it doesn't move or roll up. After several hours of use, I noticed that it really shapes my figure without feeling suffocated. In addition, it is quite discreet and is not noticeable under tight clothes. Overall, I'm satisfied with this gird. It delivers what it promises and is perfect for special occasions or to use on a daily basis. I would recommend ordering one size larger for greater comfort.

I really really like this waist trainer and I’m glad I size up. I wear a 2x but I got at 3x I was reading the reviews and a lot of people say to size up thank you and I did size up and it fit much better. I really love this waist trainer and I’m on the third notch already. This is a really really good waist trainer I think once you wear it and break it in you see a lot of difference and you see a lot of results. This is a very, very good good waist trainer very good and it’s natural body so good. I recommend the size up.

Wow I've had so many this fit from top to under that fupa n it's thin like u can wear it under clothes it's comfortable as well I'm getting my next size dwn already cuz I know this bouto slim me in bout 2 weeks the sauna part is everywhere even the second part love this foreva

I’m either wearing it wrong now or I’m sitting wrong lolI started wearing it working out but then involved in the daily routine. So I noticed its bending into my back. Like my cheeks are popping out but I am not that thick 😂🫤. Overall, it works well when i am working out.(To put on, pull together over abdominal or at the mid crop area and then adjust lower abdomen by reaching through the top and pull to lower abdominal. Zip up and go run

I’ve been wearing this for a few days now and I have to say it is pretty comfortable. It compresses for sure but is still breathable. Im a size 14 in jeans so I went with the XL which fit me perfect on the first row of hooks. It hooks and zips for extra security. It’s great for everyday wear under clothes but also for working out. Great item for the price tag!
