I can't say to much on the mood since i try and use them 40 minutes before I sleep however, when it comes to sleep it's amazing my rem time is normally double or triple the old and my deep sleep a lot better as well. Also it doesn't take long at all my watch noticed the change even after the first day.

I am very pleased by this product. I have been taking ashwagandha for awhile now and it is effective. I did a ton of research before even starting to take this "supplement". Because ashwagandha is good for lowering stress, it helps with cortisol levels. This particular brand is a first time buy for me, but I like it so far & would buy again.

Amazing stress relief supplement

Been taking this product for over a year and it’s the best one on the marking. I use it for anxiety, works wonders, tried other brands and this is the only one that gives me the stress reduction results I need.HOWEVER, IT HAS BEEN ALMOST TWO MONTHS AND MY ORDER JUST UPDATED TO “SHIPPED” YESTERDAY! What the heck Amazon. Great stuff, terrible shipping timeframe.
