Jet washed product away as soon as it had reacted with the stubborn area's as although safe for pets when dry we own a young dog and didn’t want the chemicals hanging around too long. It worked like a dream and made the job so much easier. Will definitely be using again. Very pleased with outcome.

Rather expensive. Had to treat some areas 3 times but it did clean my patio quite well. Don’t get it on your clothes wear old stuff, I now have a pair of psychedelic socks.

This product does just what it claims to do. My patio area is clear of black spot and so clean. I will be buying more to do my front driveway. I have used other products in the past but this is the best .

Whilst this certainly gets rid of some black spot it certainly isn’t the be all and end all that it purports to be. Deep rooted black spot on sandstone patios isn’t cleared up easily. It does however clean the surface of algae and other surface dirt. Would I buy it again - we’ll possibly but without great expectations.

Have tried a number of products on Indian Sandstone and this has been the best by far. Wear protective clothing! Rather expensive for the quantity.

This product worked well and did a good job of removing most black spots.

Fantastic, the Patio and pathway had accumulated Green on the surface and ground dirt in the gaps.... a light sweep to remove surface debris (leaves, trugs, etc) first.. then just with a sprayer bottle applied the solution over the areas that I wanted to clean. ..(It just looks as though you are wetting the area at first, but after about 4/5 mins you'll see it start to fizz and turn white) ... left it alone to do it's "magic" for an hour ... then just with a Hose (on jet) washed it down. Instantly the original colour shone through (like the day it was laid) and all the accumulated grime in the gaps just washed away .... Verdict: Super Easy, No (strenuous) Effort Cleaning 👏

Got up 90% of patio stains think another go will do it all. Extremely strong make sure you wear gloves and a mask!
