Fantasia easy to use. I like to take it with tart cherry to sleep. Water works fine though.

I like the balance of different types of magnesium, the simplicity of using a dropper, the flavor is nice. BUT…after checking the nutrition label again, I realized the content of vitamin B1 is far above the daily requirements, and excess amounts can cause neuropathy. If you experience tingling or numbness, check if other supplements you are taking may already have you above what you need. I personally am experiencing these effects.
