Functions precisely as described, looks terrific. Very easy to assemble and customize. Allen wrench & Teflon tape were included. All I needed was a crescent wrench (I used groove joint pliers and a cloth pad). Rain shower feels wonderful and the hand wand has a plethora of choices. The hand wand holder adhesive is working perfectly.I did modify it slightly. My spouse was too short to reach the diverter switch so I added a ten dollar shower head extension pipe. Also, shutting off the water at the hand wand using the provided setting still leaked a bit, so I added an eleven dollar shower regulator control valve / shut off. Not a bit of trouble to add both, no leaks on either (I used about four wraps of Teflon tape.Bottom line: Functions perfectly, looks far more luxurious and expensive than it costs. Very happy and highly recommended.

This shower head is definitely worth the money. It feels like you are standing in the rain. There are different spray settings on the hand held sprayer for if you like a more softer or more pressure type of spray. It's very durable and easy to set up. I would recommend buying if you are looking!

I like the quality of the product. Easy install expect make sure you put enough tape to cover the faucet head. It was leaking from there a bit but quick fix. Overall satisfied.

This is amazing I wiSH I got it years ago.The rainfall feature is so soothing & has just the right amount of water pressure for a gentle rinse. The pressure from the removable shower head is powerful & has multiple settings—we like to use the more aggressive settings for rinsing out shampoo & really cleansing the hair. You can use both simultaneously, btw.My mans installed the whole thing in less than 20 minutes, but even though he’s a pro at things like this, I definitely could’ve done it quickly myself with a little effort.*ONE TIP* : use plumbing tape to wrap around the bases of each connection before screwing on—if anyone had issues w leakage, this likely could’ve prevented/and or can fix that issue. We’ve had zero leaks.A major plus? It’s one of the least expensive for how high quality & gorgeous it is. 10/10

Shower wand and head look great but that is about all the positive this deserves. The rainfall shower head is nice looking and very heavy for a shower head. The weight is too much for the screw in S arm provided without attaching some type of other support. It will fall right looking at it due to the weight and loosen the connection and if you are in the way look out its sharp and heavy. The design needs a hanger to something above or a set screw to stop it from moving once tightened. Now for the really sad part. The shower wand leaks from everywhere it leaks all around the head and around the button on back or wand and at connection at top of handle in to wand head. All these leaks are not areas the homeowner should have to fix or try to fix. The Teflon tape provided is minimal at best and so thin it is practically useless and rip down the middle length wise while placing on threads at connections. Save yourself time and buy a roll at hardware as the provided is useless. This design would fit much better on a shower with a straight pipe out of wall rather than the downward angled one. The angle makes the whole setup look strange. THe hose provided is short compared to most shower hoses provided by other brands making it about impossible to drop the wand in shower without it just swinging into the wall as its too short to reach the tub or your back or anywhere that's over past midway in the tub. Could use another 2 foot. Should have gone with my gut and passed on this. Wife and daughter like the look though so now I have to wait on return and new product shipment or fix the leaks that should not have been present. These leaks are not at installation connections. Just everywhere else. Buyer Beware. But it does ship in a nice bright pink box inside of Amazon box.

Easy to mount, no leaks. I read reviews that said it leaked but if you install it properly using the teflon tape properly, it doesn’t leak. Love the curved mounting pipe instead of the ones with many joints. I will say the pressure is a bit soft. I even removed the plastic water regulator inside the head and the water comes out so gently. We still like it but it is not high pressure and we have strong water pressure. In fact it falls on uou do gently you almost can’t feel it.

The media could not be loaded. Easy install, but a few of the holes don't have good flow and 2 have no flow at all. The handheld shower works great.
