We usually use USPS ! However, at customers request we might be able to use other services such as UPS with some additional charges.

Contact seller, and if they do not respond.. then call Amazon and they will refund your money

I don’t think so. The seller listed this as Newborn. Although it is a bit stretchy, I don’t think it will fit an 8 month old 20lb baby.
