They haven't worked for me
The capsules have a noticeably fishy smell to them unlike other brands I have purchased which I really don't like. I'm not convinced that these or any brand of green lipped mussels have helped me with joint pain unlike Glaucosamine with chondroitin which definitely have so i'm not going to buy any more green lipped mussels.

Green lipped mussel for osteoathritis
This is a great product for osteoarthritis but takes about 3 months to build up in your system I take 1000mg a day and no pain in knees
