Comfy and great neck support
I was pleasantly surprised by the look and feel of the pillow. Gave me great support for my 7-hour flight. Also love the little carry bag it comes with.

Well made but uncomfortable
Having used this a few times I found that the design pushes your head forward too much making it uncomforting to use. The item itself is well made but it is the thickness on the back that tilts your head at an uncomfortable angle.

Fantastic Holiday Buy
I always struggle on airplanes I fallAsleep and wake up with aircraft neck ! Stiff and can’t move !! But then I didn’t want to be the one with the giant pillow either ! This is amazing it comes in a small bag and moulds to your neck so comfortable of fact that comfortable I fell asleep on take off and woke up on landing !! Missed duty free though !!

Uncomfy and doesn't fit smaller heads
I am 21 female and on the petite side.... this head rest is too big and gives no support. I also beieve I saw some mouldy spots under the cover of the head rest but not too sure if it was that. Either way, do not recommend for people same size as me.
