Beautiful mattress, very comfortable and size exactly as stated. It's a medium to firm mattress which is perfect for us. I do not feel any movement during the night and my husband no longer gets up with back ache, so all in all it works very well for us. After looking at other mattresses and the prices I think this is excellent value for money.Delivery was timely! Good clear instructions on how to handle the package safely. Super comfy! I have bought a standard double, a bit shorter than my bed frame, but doesn't bother me. It's thick and comfy, with the right firmness. Very good value for money. Looks durable too!

I was suggested to buy this brand by a friend who was also satisfied. The price is very nice and its quality is good for the money spent. I actually bought a second one for the other bedroom. It supports well and i enjoy sleeping. It arrived easily.

Why did you choose this product over others?:We needed a nice firm mattress - this ticks that box and is very comfortable to sleep on. The only problem is when sitting on the edge of the bed it is so soft it sags so I am hoping that this doesn't cause issues. Thickness:Good thickess and unrolls easily.Back pain:We haven't experienced any back issues with this mattress so far.Size:Good double bed size.Firmness:Reasonably firm but not at the edges if you sit on it.Weight:Nice heavy mattress.Value for money:It is new so no issues so far and we believe it is good value.

Was extremely heavy but sprung straight up and is thicker than expected! Nice and firm with a soft top. By far the best mattress I've owned. Good condition and is nice to actually not be so near the floor

As i have back problems I found the mattress nice and firm but not hard, very comfortable, good quality and ten year guarantee plus extra two when you register it online, very quick delivery

Really comfortable mattress with great pressure relief and cooling. The 7-zone design supports my back and hips well, and motion transfer is minimal. A bit softer than I expected, but overall great value and quality sleep.

Bought the King size, 27cm depth one a couple of months ago to replace our old, dying King size and we love it. It was during a promotion and we paid £199. Use camel camel camel to see how much you should really pay for it as there are promotions all the time. For the money I don't think you'd get better.Delivery was vacuum packed and rolled up in an easily managed box. Tipped it out of the box beside the bed and then laid it out on top of our bed and put a couple of nicks in the plastic to let air back in slowly so it didn't knock me out by expanding too quickly then, after a couple of minutes, cut and removed all of the plastic easily with the supplied cutter tool. Didn't notice any abnormal smell and simply tipped it back off of the bed on to its side and left it for the 3 days it needed to fully expand before putting it back on the bed to use.Have no issue with the sides collapsing as stated by some. I'd say it was a bit softer than medium as claimed by the description but we find it very comfortable. The multi-zone support is great and I no longer get disturbed by my other half getting in to bed or visa versa which is brilliant. The cool gel memory foam top is great and have had no problems with over heating like I have when staying at friends or Air BnBs that have the normal memory foam mattresses.The main negative is the fact that these mattresses are shorter by about 3-4" which is a bit annoying and strange (and why I didn't give it 5*) but we just put the mattress to the top of the bed and filled in the bottom with a rolled up comforter. I'm 5'10" and so can't feel the shortage at all but if you're taller you might want to consider this.Are there better mattresses? For sure. You'll need to greatly increase your budget by several hundred pounds to get one though. I recommend and wish I'd got one a long time ago.
