I've taken this now for a month. I'm in my 70's. I feel it has given me more energy and even my hair is growing quicker. I love the higher dosage. Could only find ubuquinol in 200 mg. before. Also I have a very sensitive digestive system and often various higher dosage supplements give me diarrhea, but not this one.
