Customer service was great.
We ordered this back in March and for the time we had it it worked really well. It was easy to set up, the directions were easy to understand. It had 2 levels of incline which you had to adjust by switching out the legs. The highest incline really wasn’t all that good. Wish it would have been higher but it was overall still a good machine and the price was good. It was also easy to store when not in use. It had various speeds and you could run on it but not for high impact running. We used it for speed walking. We used it everyday for 30 min in the morning and 30 min in the evening and it worked really well. Sadly we began to have motor issues 4 months after purchase. The motor burned out and after following the instructions on how to trouble shoot with no success we reached out to the company. I am giving this 5 stars because of the customer service. Although we were very disappointed on how quickly the treadmill died being only 4 months old we truly appreciated how quickly customer service for this company helped us and compensated us. They reimbursed us almost the entire amount for the machine and we did not have to send it back. The machine will go to the garbage since it does not work and we don’t. Know how to replace a motor but the fact they were so fast to reply to my email and to rectify the problem was so appreciated. Thank you to the company and their employee Vivian for all their help.

**updated back to 5 stars**Definitely not a steep incline - but great otherwise
Updated 7/9/25; original review 02/2025Sadly, the issue with my treadmill could not be fixed. However, I’m restoring back to 5 stars due to the robust customer service response. Jordan, the customer service manager, worked with me and their technical support team to try and troubleshoot. Though the issue couldn’t be fixed, the company refunded me.There are many really positive reviews, and I think it’s definitely worth the purchase as the overwhelming experience seems to be that this is a reliable treadmill.——My original review is below. As stated previously, the incline is significantly less than advertised. I’ve been using this treadmill since I bought it in February. It was great for the first month. Now, where the middle support beam is, the machine squeaks EVERY TIMEI’ve tried removing the incline stands - still squeaksI’ve kept the belt lubricated, I’ve adjusted the belt to make sure it’s centeredIt still squeaks and creeks and sounds like it’s going to fall apart. I’m concerned I’ll get injured. I can’t open the website for help, the phone number is an international number for support, and there’s no email addressId love to reinstate my 4/5 stars but this is only a few months old and not used excessively.I’m also significantly under the weight limit so it’s not a “load” issue per se.Ugh.————————-I waited a couple months after buying this treadmill to really give it time to figure out how I felt about it.1. This is great for the price you cannot beat it.2. It’s not noisy. You can definitely hear it, but it’s not disruptive or annoying. I use it while my kids nap and it does not wake them up.3. The power cord that comes with it is weirdly short, which is limiting the locations within my house that I can use it. It pulls too much power to use a standard extension cord safely so you gotta make sure that there’s a place that’s functional for you to use it in your home. The power cable is about 2 1/2 to 3 feet long.4. The item says it has a really steep incline option, however, the risers that come with it only lifted up about an inch. I think this part is a bit of false advertising, as I’d like to be able to increase it to a deeper incline as the description suggests.5. This is incredibly easy to set up. I did it on my own in about 10 minutes without any assistance. Make sure you lubricate the belt as it recommends, you’ll need to lubricate it more frequently. If you use it quite often this seems to resolve any of the overheating issues or noise issues that people suggest.6. The version that I bought has the handlebar which I find incredibly useful when using the pad over 3.OMPH I can imagine if I did not get the one with the handlebar I would’ve had to return it.7. Having the remote as well as the controls on the handlebar are incredibly useful and make this much easier to use.8. You will probably need to adjust the belt to center it, some people have complained about this however tweaking it here and there it seems to be staying centered for me and I use this almost every day for at least 30 minutes.Overall:Highly recommend, giving four stars due to the false advertising on the incline. Otherwise great investment.

walking pad
I wanted a smaller version of a treadmill so started checking around.Nervous about purchasing this product because I had recently ordered another brand and omg it was a piece of junk. It took a while but finally got my money back! But my husband n I need to walk a bit more than we do, so after checking around, Eufy kept coming up with great reviews. And sure enough it is a great treadmill. Runs so smoothly, easy to operate, and can fold away if I want to. However, I just keep it up all the time in our living room because it doesn't take up that much room. Well worth the price. Highly recommend it. Large display and changing speeds is so easy. I do my walking while watching tv and time goes by quickly. Plus well made. Exactly what I was looking for. And well worth what I paid for it.

Great Price, Light Weight, Easy to Move & Store :)
I freaking Love this thing!!! It took me around 4 hrs of searching, to find an affordable, light weight, easy to move/store, walking (.6mph)/running (7mph) versatility, with a wide enough running space. I'm so happy I chose this one!It is perfect for my ergo desk when I work from home while using the remote and then easily put the guard up to get my jog in.Only issue I found was the compatibly with the App, and the fact that it doesn't let you go past 3.5mph without the rail, but understand it's probably for safety issues. Also, my knees have been hurting, but that may be just from using to frequently. If this lasts me a year, I am definitely getting my money's worth. Definitely recommend!!!

Best Walking Pad!
I ordered this walking pad to help me with my fitness journey. It was received in a timely manner and the box intact. No parts were missing and it was so easy to assemble. I only had to put the foot pads, phone holder on and plug the cord in. It’s extremely quiet and the perfect length/width for normal walking/jogging. I’m 5’8” and it’s perfect for my stride. The handle helps keep me steady and the belt runs smooth. Large display. Sturdy machine! I would highly recommend it!

Easy to setup, easy to use
Setup was fairly easy. Belt drifted to the left at first but was corrected using the Allen wrench included. Was able to link the remote after holding it right next to the on/off switch. I probably won't ever use it because I need the bar for stability (neuropathy) but it's nice for those who want it. I added the longer feet in the front for the incline and the adjustable feet in the middle made it easy to make sure all six were on the floor. It is very stable.
