Vivid Blue Pond Dye Packets - 6 Water Soluble Packs of Lake Dye Treatment

Hopefully does the job of blocking UV rays in my pond! It makes the pond beautiful with a faint blue color!! I will see how it goes with the weeds growing all season. It is Recomended to apply once a month. It is somewhat pricey but less than the gallons of liquid pond weed prevention.. I liked how simple it was to use. Just throw them in the pond in different locations. It stirs up itself in about 24 hours.

The packets were so clean and easy to work with, but the dye seemed to fade out within a couple weeks. I contacted the seller and them were very considerate and professional!!!

Junk...not sure if I received a bad batch or what. Tossed in a packet into an 1/8 of an acre, 4' deep pond and as it started to dissolve it sank to the bottom. It produced a very light shade of blue over 1/2 the pond and that was it. Had a nice blue color about a 1' in diameter where the packet sat on the bottom but it never fully dispersed. A week later...threw in another packet...same results. Have used the the midnight blue 2 yrs ago and it worked perfectly...this batch...junk.

Great effective product and no mess that you would get from a liquid form.

It was a clean product for distribution of color to my pond.

Turns water blue

After using a more expensive brand of dye packets which I was happy with I thought I'd try these to save money. I have a very small pond and even two of these packets didn't turn the water blue. The packets made my water more of a dark green with a sheen. Not terrible, but certainly not blue.

Easy to use throw 3 ea in ponds, seems to last longer than pot on I have 3 ponds, 1 st order used 3 ea in two ponds and on second order put 3 in last pond and haven’t used the last 3 as none of the ponds needed it. Like I said they seem to last longer.
