Simply Scrumptous Gluten Free Low Fat Chocolate Supreme Brownie

I was so set to not like these. Low fat, gluten free- yuck. My mistake. They are super moist and taste incredible.

Okay- so I bought these as a low cal alternative to sweets which are my biggest downfall. I was not sure how great these would be .They are indistinguishable from homemade brownies you would prepare from a mix. They are very close to pillsbury mix made brownies. You would not ever know they were reduced calorie or gluten free.They arrive frozen and when you heat for a few seconds in the microwave , they are so fudgy and dense and delicious.I don’t know how they nutritionally did it , but I’m honestly impressed. The size of each brownie is about what you would cut from a pan for yourself if you made them at home- they are larger than snack cake brownies but smaller than an enormous prepackaged one from a convenience store . Maybe 2.5”x3” or so. They were thick and had a good weight to them . It’s the right size with ice cream or some fruit for a nice dessert that isn’t going to undo your day if you are tracking your caloric intake.I will absolutely order these again - the only real complaint is that they are a little pricey . But truthfully all diet and health oriented items are costly . These were delicious and did not taste like a health item or a fake ‘brownie’.

These are good, but I prefer the 80 calorie version of their brownies. I’ve had these in my freezer for a few weeks and I’ve noticed when I heat them up in the microwave the edges get too hard/chewy to be enjoyable. I like my brownies a little chewy, but not too much. Probably won’t order these again. But I’ll definitely order the other brownies they make. Those are a bit more airy/less dense in texture. But they don’t get too hard like these.

First time ordering these gluten-free brownies. They had a delicious chocolate flavor and were very moist. I personally will probably not buy again as I found them a bit too sweet for my taste.

So often gluten free brownies are rather dry, these are wonderful! I have only had one so far but I can say that one was outstanding!
