I recently installed the Helett fingerprint door lock, and I am beyond impressed with its performance! Works well as intended
I chose this lock since I only needed fingerprint access and not other features like number pad. Also this lock does not require a mobile app to configure it.The carpenter took a while to understand how to link the data cable and how to open the battery compartment (just press on one side of one of the handles—it's a magnetic plate).One thing to note is that it can always be opened from the inside. So if the door is next to an open window, one can operate the inside handle by reaching through the window.

Disappointed – Stopped Working in Less Than 6 Months
I had high hopes for the Helelt door lock, but it completely failed within 6 months. The locking mechanism has stopped working altogether. There was no installation assistance provided like other brands do, and when I reached out for support, I got no response on sending a technician from the manufacturer. It’s practically a one-time use product. Save your money and go for a trusted, branded lock instead.

Great support and service
I'm really impressed by the level of commitment towards customer satisfaction. The first piece I received did not contain some parts, but were provided through courier. However, the lock did not work as expected. Upon informing the company, I was sent a replacement even though the Return window was closed. It's working as expected now. I express my gratitude to the executives for this great service.

Easy self fitting, good quality excellent support by the support team, easy to use but u need to fit additional lock as once u r inlnside the room all with access can come inside, so if u want to restrict from other coming u need to add additional lock.
