I like this chair alot! Cross leg chairs are supposed to make it easy to move around often so you can stay sitting for longer and reduce back pain. It does take a little getting used to, but once you find your favorite positions it's alot more comfortable than usual stagnant chairs!The chair does make some noise and If you sit down too hard/ throw yourself onto it the seat does go down sometimes, but these aren't super noticeable and are easy to keep in mind and avoid. I think they're very minor issues to deal with since this chair is alot more affordable than competitors!I only wish they had more color options, but for the price I can't really complain

I am 4ft 11in, regular chairs my feet never touched the ground. So, I would end up sitting on my legs and feet. I needed to try something new; overall, I love this chair. It's great for my back, my feet, my knees, my posture, you name it, it helps. However, one downside to this chair is the price you pay, which is well worth the benefits, but the chair cushion could be more comfortable with a better cushion. I have had the chair for two months now; I was worried about the material possibly ripping. It is clearly a better material than I suspected because both of my dogs have put their paws on the lower level to get my attention, and I have my gym shoes on most days, and so far, no rips or scratches. I do plan to upholstered the cushion with a better option, but I would still recommend this chair.

1. The mechanism was broken. The chair would not stay at the height that you set it up for. When you don't sit it would extend all the way, and when you sit it would go all the way down.2. The back of the chair is uncomfortable and provides almost no support.3. To return it I needed to take it to a USPS office myself and pay ~$150 for the shipping. So I lost more than half of the chair price even after returning it.

I got this chair to keep myself from sitting on my feet, and this works great. I'm one of those weirdos that can't sit still or sit in a chair like a normal person. I need something to rest my feet on, and I'm constantly fidgeting in my seat. I love that I can sit in this chair a million different ways. it's comfy, easy to clean, easy to assemble, and the wheels pop apart so you can clean hair and threads that have gotten wrapped around them. great chair, glad I bought it!

Could have softer pads for sure and the original set up is a very small seat, adjusted the back to wear I can fit on the seat and the screws don't fit back in. Keep your old chair, I still use this for concentrated work where I sit cross legged but if I'm relaxing prefer a normal office chair.

11/19/24 edit:After wanting to love this, I do not recommend buying. The piece that was replaced by the seller continues to break. The chair is wobbly, breaks and has not aged well.2/29/24 edit:The piece that wouldn’t stay screwed in a few times now has completely broke and the backrest won’t stay in place. Definitely a manufacturing error. I have contacted the seller with hopes they will sent a replacement part or chair.I’ve been pleasantly surprised. There were so few reviews I was truly nervous to make the purchase. Overall after a few weeks the chair allows me to move into multiple positions and encourages me to move around more in general while working from home. I have had issues with the back piece staying screwed in. If it continues I’ll contact the seller for a fix but it’s only happened a few times. Overall pleased with the chair.

This is exactly what I wanted and the least expensive of options! I was trying to choose between two other similar chairs that have a lot more reviews but neither had all the features I wanted. Then I found this. It has adjustable footrest, seat and backrest. Seat and footrest are plenty big and padded enough. Everything swivels and adjusts in height. I assembled it myself - easy directions and everything fit. AND it was less expensive than the other two more popular options. I just say through multiple Zoom hours and this chair was PERFECT. My back doesn't hurt, I can wiggle and change position all I want. It's perfect.

I initially had a few issues with the chair, but after a few simple additions, this chair has been amazing since! I do wish the backrest could be set one more notch further back than the two options you have when assembling the chair.The backrest was a bit uncomfortable to me, so I flipped the way it was installed, with the long side facing down. This way my lower back is better supported and i can rest my elbows on the ends comfortably!I've added a gel seat for comfort since sitting for long periods at a time is difficult with this chair. I've added a headrest as well by clamping it to the top of the back rest and it has been a game changer.All in all, I thought this chair was a win until I modified it to my liking. plus the footrest is sturdy! it hangs by the base of the chair, unlike the competitor that has extra sets of legs with wheels.
