Both the 87 01 250 and 86 03 250 have 2-inch capacity on round pipes.

Is there an option to rather include the 10" angled-head diagonal cutters as compared the straight ones?

There isn't unfortunately. The three items would need order separately in that case. SKUs are 7421250 (10" 12° angle cutters), 8603250 (10" Pliers Wrench), and 8701250 (10" Cobra).
