For 2 or 3 years I have struggled to sleep more than 3 or 4 hours every night and lie awake for hours from 3 or 4 a.m.. However, I’ve just used these patches for two nights so far and both nights I slept right through for over 6 to 7 hours. They were so effective I could have slept on, but had to get up for work. I did feel slightly drowsy in the morning but that’s better than exhaustion! I will save using these for when I feel particularly exhausted and might try also buying a milder version of these, now I know how effective these strong patches are for me.

These are patches that are supposed to be designed to stick to the skin but they don’t stick and just fall off. They are sealed so this shouldn’t be happening.They are a waste of money because they ended up in the bin because they were incapable of sticking to clean dry skin. I have tried to attach them to different areas of my arm but I get the same issue. They are about 1.5 inches square, so they aren’t exactly small. There ought to be enough room to make them stick.I wouldn’t waste your money. I hate to leave negative reviews but these aren’t fit for purpose!

Was open to trying anything as i was really struggling to get to sleep due to stress and anxiety but honestly could not rate these high enoguh!

Sadly these did not work for me

I would give this product 6 stars if I could...my hubby ordered them for me so it might not show as a 'verified' review or that I have ordered them but we have now purchased 4 boxes!I'm not great at leaving reviews but this product I just had toI hadn't slept for more than 3-4 hours a night for almost 6 months - it's common for this 'time of life' to have disturbed sleep - but it was also affecting my digestion and my overall healthThese patches say 'give 14 days for best results' and I have to say they made some difference immediately but it really was after the first 2 weeks that I really saw the biggest improvementI put one on roughly an hour before I plan to go to bedThey do help me, a little, to relax & feel sleep but for me the HUGEST benefit it KEEPING me asleep and/or if I do wake up - instead of laying awake for hours you can actually get back to sleep!Literally if you are at your wits end with meno-insomnia please do try these - I will be staying on them all the time now!!!!!!

The stick perfectly and hold all night. Are not the first ones i try and worked really good.

The patches do not stay on. The glue is useless on them.
